You must upgrade yourself to be a better version of yourself, as everything around us is getting better but the majority of humans seem to think that they are the finished article, that is totally incorrect, take a look around you, the phones, cars, homes, planes, jets and countless other things are all getting better year upon year, but people remain the same year upon year. Through action, personal development and self education you can truly reach your full potential and become a better version of yourself.
The underlying problem seems to be that people make the assumption that they don’t need to learn anything new, they think the education system has taught them all the skills they need, that is a misconception that needs to be broken. People work harder on their jobs then they do on themselves, pause for a moment and reflect, your company is growing but are you, are you developing your mind, your body, your skills, your talents, your passions, your ambitions, your goals, and your dreams.
Are you still at the same level that you were born at, people are still the same way they were ten years on with no major changes to oneself, that is amazing, remaining the same will not help you see a change in your situation, the better life comes from becoming a better you.
Upgrade yourself in all arenas of your life, the major ones, raise your standards in these areas and demand more from yourself, no damn excuses, if you want to see change make changes, too many people live in the world wishing for things to happen miraculously, there is no secret, to become an improved version of yourself you have put in the work, change is the result of effort, if you put no effort in then you won’t get any results.
Successful people develop themselves as they know that success is dependent upon them, work harder, plan ahead, set your goals, push yourself, don’t procrastinate, and be ruthless with your time.
Most people never take the time out to analyse themselves, take a good look in the mirror, are you working at your full potential, are you putting in the work everyday, are you constantly pushing yourself to be the best that you can be, and are you the right person who success will come to, most will say no, ‘of course not, I must learn more to get started on my dreams’. Well the best way to learn is to get into the entrepreneurship game, by getting into the game you develop yourself, it helps you see more, it opens up a whole new world to you that seems somewhat out of reach.
Take the first step, the more you do, the more you will grow, however you must constantly demand more from yourself so that you can rise up from one plateau to the next, don’t just do the easy things, do the things that take you out of your comfort zone so that you can become more, as you go further ahead in your entrepreneurial journey you will look back at yourself and be amazed with your results if you stay consistent in developing yourself to a higher standard.
The battle is between you and you, the battle to grow is to defeat the enemy within that is holding you back, crush that voice of doubt that his hindering your progress and listen to that voice of hope, aspiration and belief that is within you, and let that be the dominant voice that dictates your actions on a daily basis, no more self doubt, it’s time to live life on a new level and push yourself to be the best that you can be.
